Processing personal data
Broadway’s website broadwaygaming.com can be accessed and used without registration, and without having to provide any personal data to us. When the site is only used on this basis there is no data processing for purposes of the GDPR; any data we may collect from you at such time, e.g., IP address, is in all cases anonymous from the time of collection and cannot be associated with you by any means. It is therefore data that does not fall under the scope of GDPR.
We collect and analyse anonymous data in order to conduct analytics and measurement to understand how our website is being used. We may report aggregate information or statistical data about our users browsing actions and patterns to third parties (usually such third parties being within our corporate group) in a way that does not identify any individual.

Strictly in such context only would we then process your personal data for purposes of the GDPR. This data may be shared with third parties who are entities in our corporate group or who are data processors. We will not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes nor will we ourselves use that data for marketing purposes.
